Day Ketterer Ltd. is in immediate need of an attorney to support
our Firm’s growing Labor & Employment Law Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in traditional labor law, employment litigation, and employment law counseling and can work
independently and with team members. The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, employee handbooks and wrongful termination claims with experience before the EEOC, OCRC and NLRB.
In addition to knowing the law, you must also have excellent writing skills
and be able to effectively communicate legal advice to our clients
to help them successfully develop and manage workplace policies, procedures,
management decisions and compliance with labor and employment laws.
